Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and GW VPN (the 'Service Provider') governing the download, installation, access, and use of the App and related network acceleration services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, content, and technical assets remain with the Service Provider. We may adjust features, service forms, or pricing when reasonably necessary, and material changes will be communicated appropriately.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party capabilities such as analytics, crash reporting, or payment support. Use of those capabilities may also subject you to the applicable terms of the relevant third parties.

The App depends on a working network connection and the condition of your own device. The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by network outages, carrier limits, unpaid mobile service, roaming restrictions, or other conditions outside our direct control. When using mobile data or roaming, any carrier charges remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for device security, account confidentiality, and maintaining access to your hardware. While we aim to keep routing and node information accurate, some dependencies come from third-party resources, so we cannot accept liability for every indirect loss. The App may receive updates for compatibility or security reasons, and you agree to install newer versions when required. The Service Provider also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service when reasonably necessary.

These terms may be revised as the product or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page, and updates take effect on publication (current effective date: October 4, 2025). Questions about the service agreement may be sent to support@gwshudongfree.com.
